March 14, 2002, is a day that changed my life FOREVER! Sweet, kind natured Griffen was born at 10:05pm, weighing 7 lbs 5 oz., and was 19.5 inches long. He came quite quickly for a Mom who was in denial she was even in labor! Ryan came home from work early and my contractions were 3-5 minutes apart, but I didn't think it was "the real thing"! We went to the hospital immediately and I was already dialated to a 4! I know, I know, too much information, but this is something I don't ever want to forget! After that, our lives have never been the same. Griffen is such a good boy who enjoys life (at least it seems that way to me). I love the innocence that he still has....I just wish he could keep that forever! He enjoys school, playing with friends, swimming, playing basketball, golf, and loves his Bakugan! What would we do without Bakugan!!! The most important thing lately is that he just got his first loose tooth...and he wiggles it EVERYDAY, ALL DAY hoping it will fall out. We hope you had a great birthday Griffen! The BounceU party, the McDonald's for lunch at school, the Dunkin' Donuts for your class, and picking out dinner that night! What a day! We Love You Bubba! Happy Birthday! (thanks for being such a good example for your little sisters and little brother!)
